Alva Intelligence LLC strives to ensure that its digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. Alva Intelligence LLC has invested significant resources to help ensure access for all users, including people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
Digital accessibility is not just a target we aim to achieve, but an ongoing commitment that we carry in every aspect of our digital service delivery. We recognize that this requires continuous monitoring, improvement, and adaptation. In the sections below, we elaborate on the various efforts that have been undertaken to address our progress in ensuring digital accessibility for all.
Standards, tools, and UserWay
A key element of our accessibility initiative is our engagement with the third-party accessibility organization UserWay to help bring this website into conformance. We use industry-standard accessibility methods and tools to accomplish this, in accordance with the relevant version of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the internet’s main international standards-setting organization.
Regular accessibility scans take place, powered by scalable automation that complements human judgment and remediation.
Accessibility widget
A-Leads makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget, powered by a dedicated accessibility server.
The widget offers user-triggered enhancements that allow visitors to improve the accessibility of the site. When selected, these features can increase font size, pause animations, adjust color contrast, and more. Visitors can combine options that suit their needs; certain widget enhancements are designed to align with WCAG Level AAA criteria when those options are actively enabled.
Automated Remediation Technology (ART)
This site has enabled Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for visitors. ART does not detect assistive technology usage; instead, it applies remediation capabilities intended to improve accessibility broadly. Examples include (not an exhaustive list):
- Alternative text associated with images and other non-text elements where appropriate
- Improved keyboard navigation support, including aids such as focus indication and skip links
Specific behaviors may evolve as we ship updates.
Measures we take to support accessibility
In addition to UserWay’s tooling and scanning, Alva Intelligence LLC takes practical measures throughout delivery of A-Leads digital experiences—for example:
- Treating accessibility as an ongoing requirement rather than a one-time checklist
- Using semantic HTML, landmarks, and labels where we control implementation
- Testing interactive flows with keyboard navigation and reduced-motion preferences where feasible
- Reviewing significant UI changes with accessibility impacts in mind
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines levels of conformance including Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
A-Leads is actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated tooling, ART, partnership support from UserWay, and engineering practices help us identify and remediate barriers. Because websites change over time—and because accessibility depends on content, third-party integrations, and user choices—some portions of the experience may not yet fully satisfy every applicable success criterion at all times.

Accessibility patterns we prioritize
Where we implement or influence the UI, we prioritize patterns aligned with WCAG, including where applicable:

- Text alternatives or remediated equivalents for non-text content where required
Availability of a specific technique can vary by page or component.

Despite our efforts, accessibility limitations may occur—for example due to third-party content, emerging standards, or temporary regressions during releases. If something does not work for you, please contact us using the details above.
How we assess accessibility
Alva Intelligence LLC assesses accessibility through a combination of approaches, including:
- Automated scans and remediation workflows supported by UserWay
- Internal reviews as we ship changes
- Manual checks where practical (including keyboard-centric exploration)
